GREETINGS

“Village life ceased, it ceased in Israel, until I, Deborah, arose, arose a mother in Israel.” (Judges 5:7, NKJV)  Today we wish to take the oppportunities to lift up all of our mothers and mother figures and celebrate with God for the impact that they make in the lives of all of us.

Grand Bahama Academy is seeking the following for the 2015-2016 academic year:

.

MID-DAY JOY

“....for the joy of the Lord is your strength”. Nehemiah. 8:10

“O give thanks unto the Lord for He is good and His mercies endureth forever!”

Mid-day Joy is every Thursday from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Freeport Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Come join us as we give God thanks and praise for the copious blessings He provides for His people each day.

BLESSED HOPE CHURCH

We praise God for His guiding hand over the past two weeks in the Triumph of the Cross Evangelistic Crusade with Pastor Peter Kerr and the persons who were baptized in those meetings.  We say thank you to all of our members for your participation and support of these meetings over the past two weeks. As we welcome the new believers into our congregations today, let us make sure that we give them the proper spiritual nurture, so that they can grow in Christ.

Over in Abaco, the flames of evangelism continue to burn.   The Marsh Harbour church concludes their evangelistic series with Pastor Patrick Tyrill under the tent in Murphy Town today.  We prayer that God will give them a bountiful harvest of souls in their celebration of baptism today.

As we move forward in the months ahead, let us be mindful that the mission of the church is to reach persons for Jesus with the gospel.  May we all commit ourselves to engage in sharing our faith in our individuals corners of the territory of the North Bahamas Conference.
